| Deposits and Payments |
| If you contact us to make a reservation, we will give verbal or written confirmation and hold the dates you request without payment for up to seven days. After that interval a deposit of at least 20 percent of the total rental fee is required to secure the reservation. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. |
| Cancellations and Refunds |
| For cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival you will receive back your deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee if the time you had reserved is not subsequently rented to someone else. Refunds for cancellations made less than sixty days prior to the arrival date will be given only if the full amount due is equalled or exceded by receipts from a subsequent rental to another party. |
| Cleaning and Air Conditioning |
| Use of air conditioning is included in the posted nightly rental rate. Please be considerate about not running the AC when it is not needed–electricity is expensive in Hawaii! Many guests find that ceiling fans, open windows and ocean breezes provide all the cooling needed.No cleaning or security deposit is required. However all guests will be charged a one-time cleaning fee of $120. Additional cleaning service may be negotiated for longer stays. |
| Check-in and Check-out |
| You will be given instructions for accessing the key, located in a lock box on the front door. Please make sure you leave the key in the lock box when you check out. Check-in time is 3 pm. Due to cleaning schedules the unit may not be ready before then. Check-out time is 11 am. Please respect this time so we can prepare the unit for the next arriving guest. |
