Rates and Availability

Friends, watch out for hidden fees–only compare total costs! Here’s a current example. For the last week of June a competitor is offering a 2BR fairway view unit comparable to ours (but farther from the shoreline) for $109/night. Our special for the same period is $125/night. Who is really charging more? Their total is $1155; ours is $1111. The difference is their “mandatory” $15/day fee for air conditioning (whether you want it or not) and a somewhat higher cleaning fee.

How about a group of 5 looking for a week in July or August, where advertised rates are $149/night (theirs) and $145/night (ours). The totals should be close, right? Actually not: Their total is $1591; ours is $1269. AC fees and extra guest fees raise their nightly total by $30/night.

Spring (April 15 – June 15): $135
