All rentals subject to Hawaii state taxes of 11.25% and a cleaning fee of $120.
Optional air conditioning may require a low weekly surcharge, depending on season and duration of stay. Contact us for details.
All prices are for parties of up to four adults. Additional $10/night per adult for 5 or more adults (14 and over).

To hold a reservation we ask for a 20 percent deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit and rental payments can be made either by check, or by credit or debit card online.
