Watch out for hidden fees–only compare total costs! We have no optional or “mandatory” $15/day fees for air conditioning–AC is included in the nightly rate.

Regular “AC-Included” Nightly Rates:

Summer 2015 (June 16 – Sep 7): $155

Fall 2015 (Sept. 8 – Dec. 19): $145

Holiday 2015 (Dec 20 – Jan 3) $250

Winter 2016(Jan 4 – Mar 31): $225

Spring 2016 (Apr 1 – June 15) $145

Summer 2016 (June 16-Sep 6) $155

All rentals subject to Hawaii state taxes of 13.25% and a cleaning fee of $120. Air conditioning is included in nightly rate

Kanaloa at Kona #1002 books far in advance for some seasons, but we also often have last-minute specials available for blocks of time that remain unrented. Check our up-to-date Availability Calendar on our VRBO listing page to see if the dates you want are open.
